Secret Fact #25: For many years now I have admin'd a gaming community called Squared Circle (www.squared-circle.info/sqc)

Its a reasonably tight community of gamers originating from the B5CCG and Raw Deal CCG communities but also including a fair few L5R and UFS players and it has a massive crossover of roleplayers and boardgamers.

We used to meet up for large UK-wide tournaments four or five times each year but now we only meet once. This year it will be:

Saturday-Sunday February 7th and 8th 2009 in Huddersfield

The event is being hosted and sponsored by Patriot Games in Huddersfield and will cost a measily £5 for the weekend.

The events are usually pretty casual. We will be running some Raw Deal, a sanctioned L5R storyline tournament and some other CCG stuff. We will also be doing a lot of boardgaming and indeed some roleplaying too! On one day, I am running some D&H and on the other I will be doing something with P&P.

If anyone would like to come along, you are more than welcome. It should be a good laugh.
