We're aiming for weekly sessions, but you know how life goes. Still, with just the three of us involved, life is les likely to intrude with great frequency, and on a Bank Holiday, I have time to run the game AND get it posetd on the Wiki on the same day!
Link away to your heart's content, if we stop playing musical chairs with the Wiki pages ;-)

Hey James,
Apologies for not commenting sooner, been up to my eyes in it for a while. However, I'm really excited to see this AP.
The use of the wiki makes it really accessible and the ability to link things together is great. How is the game going from your point of view and from the point of view of the players? Are hidden agendas and relationships getting brought in with any frequency?
I like the personal hidden agendas that are on the wiki. Simple, but full of opportunity for conflict and interesting stories. And the experience scenes (particularly the one on the farm with the hidden family) are really great.
Looking forward to hearing much more about how this story develops.
Malcolm:
Tony is the new guy in the game, as he's not even read the rulebook yet, but he's definitely getting something out of it; I thouroughly enjoyed the scene where his negotiation with a contact became a bloodbath for a bunch of street urchins... Its good to be GM.
The agendas are very much the main motivations for the characters; we've likened it to The Wire in many ways, and both players have talked about their characters choosing to side with the black market over the SSG in order to make a profit. There will no doubt be a price to be paid for that...
The other driving force is the NPCs; all the supporting cast created during our set up session form a network of tangled & conflicting agendas around the PCs which alternately helps or hinders them. There are at least 3 active subplots the players aren't aware of yet, so some of their wheeling & dealing is going to bite them on the ass in unexpected ways soon.
The Open Play format has been great fun; its fundamentally liberating to tell the players whats going on when their characters don't have a clue, e.g. in Dave's first scene, I had no doubt he would win the fight, being a military man, the conflict concerned his character working out that this was actually an assassination attempt. Ditto last night where he was being goaded into the fight to 'infect' him with the Fire; Dave knew what was at stake but his character was just taking out some frustration on a willing target.
Dave's personal agenda evolved rapidly during out set up session; at first, he was looking for his missing wife, but I like that so much that I wanted to extend it so that it ran over at least 2 consecutive agendas. We thrashed out the idea of the apparent betrayal, with the understanding that resolving this conflict will include discovering that she is still alive, though possibly working for the Reds...
Anyway, enough; I may start using the discussion page on the wiki, which will the first time an AP I've posted has had an Optional Director's Commentary ;-)

Just a hollow husk of a post giving a thumbs-up and saying I'm enjoying this.
Is it weekly or is it less frequent? (I've just started a weekly Tuesday-night game of AD 316 and I find each week coming around very quickly!)

I got to play Hot War at UK Games Expo. The game definitely revolves around the characters, their agendas and associated NPCs.
While I enjoyed the one-off at UKGE, I think it becomes a much better experience in a campaign.
I'm liking the time shifting you have going on, by the way.
