Games Expo tomorrow

Tomorrow is Games Expo, Birmingham, and the Collective Endeavour will be there in force for the third year in a row. We're running a full complement of games over the two days, as well as on-demand demos. We'll even have some new releases on offer, including the sequel to Revenge of the B-Movie - Revenge of the B-Movie 2: Monsters, Mutants and Mayhem.

Hope to see you there!

Expo demonstrations

A thoroughly enjoyable show, building nicely on previous years, and it was great to see the Collective Endeavour crew again. One of our players seems to be on a bit of a gangster kick at the moment, so I pointed him in the direction of the stand: after a short demonstration he bought a copy of Mob Justice and walked away happy. The demos really are a wonderful way of tipping prospective customers over the edge :) The same chap played a full session of Cold City and came away from it chattering enthusiastically about the game. This was his first game convention and he seems to have been particularly taken by the "indie" games.

I hope that the Expo was worthwhile for all of you.

Glad he enjoyed Cold City -

Glad he enjoyed Cold City - I GMd it and had a whale of a time, even if the players did the nigh-unprecedented thing of working together and using trust against *me*! I'll try to write it up later.
