Hmmn my last order got borked ,with only half of the books being delivered.
Since the live help function seems to have gone, I contacted them via email. They've issued me a ticket and told me that they are taking more than 1-2 business days to respond and that's the last I've heard, despite emailing them again 4 days after my initial email.
Any one else having problems and can offer any insight on what is going on?

It's a shame about live help, because you could usually get a problem sorted that way and not any other. I've had a couple of occasions where I messed up the ordering process or it went wrong on its own, and the live help guys were able to delete the bad order straight away so I could place a corrected one. Goodness knows what would happen now - must remember to be careful.
Having said that - assuming your order came from Antony Rowe in the UK, I think it's quite unusual for them to mess things up. If Lulu takes more than a week or two it might be worth contacting AR direct, though I'm sure you're not supposed to.

Somehow I seem to have got through

My customer, who I was sending the books direct to via Lulu, got the original order complete. Giving them an extra batch of books which they are happy to pay me for.
Result!
Nothing from Lulu to explain what happened, or even a simple 'we've sorted it' message.
I'm hoping this is just growing pains, as in their business has expanded rapidly and they haven't enough customer support.
