[Covenant]Rules tweaks

So, I've been getting some interesting feedback on Covenant of late after a years worth of actual play in the real world. It's all good stuff.

As you may have seen, I've added some details to the Realms Codex on rules options to address issues people have hit in play. I'm currently pondering which of these warrant upgrading to genuine errata.

The two I'm really keen on are:

Flat out making two player conflicts like multiplayer ones (ie loser goes first each round, not alternating). Simple enough, and makes dice on the table relevant to resolution, not just impact. This comes from conversations with Rich and a few others. It's pretty minor textually, but I think an improvement across the board.

The second is the enhanced external pressure tweak. Essentially, all NPCs get seven rather than 6 traits, making them even more antagonistic than their freerange traits and forcing resolution of truisms if players want to hit back at external threats. This'l need a bit more playtesting.

Anyway, I'd be interested in what folks think.
