[The Hammer Falls] Playtesters Wanted!

Pooka's picture

I've just completed a playtest draft for my dystopian fiction game, The Hammer Falls. I'm currently struggling with a very old and messed-up computer, so it's visually nothing like what I wanted to release, but I think it's fairly understandable and will work as a play manual.

So I was hoping to get some feedback about the document and also about how it functions as instruction for play in real playtests - anyone that is interested, please post here or message me, and I'll be more than happy to send you a copy.

Thanks,

Pooka

At the end of December a couple of friends and I got together to playtest The Hammer Falls, which is my game-in-development of Dystopian Fiction. Considering my lack of preparation and our utilization of unwritten short play rules, it actually resulted in excellent fiction that impressed and stuck with all the players involved. So that's good.

On the other hand, the game is not operating exactly as intended, but I'll post most of the system and table analysis later, I just want to relate the story we created together for now.

Although if any of you guys have questions, comments, etc. I'd be more than happy to talk about my game or the playtest here as well. :)

Yesterday evening Per, Malcolm, and I playtested my dystopian fiction game, The Hammer Falls. It went well, I received an absolute ton of useful feedback, and I wanted to talk about it here, with you lovely people. (Here we merely have a more UK-style of loveliness)

First, setting and characters.
